The method of determining the volume of financial resources for the provision of the armed forces of the Ukraine of the necessary

Abstract

The article introduces an advanced technique for determining the amount of financial resources to provide a compound (part) with the required amount of technically advanced weapons and military equipment (OVT) in order to maintain a certain level of combat capability for these units (units). The technique is designed to justify the amount of financial resources needed to provide a specific (part) connection with the required number of technically-prepared OVTs in order to maintain a given combat capability for that connection (part) during combat operations. It is proposed to be deployed at appropriate headquarters (services) to determine the required level of funding while securing joints (units) with technically ready OVTs, which will further support the required level of combat capability. The proposed method has certain advantages: First, it is proposed to estimate the loss of armor of a compound (part) on the basis of the theory of deterrent damage; secondly, it contains a mechanism for calculating the necessary financial resources to ensure the connection (part) of a technically-prepared IAF in order to achieve a given level of combat capability; third, the relationship between the amount of financial resources is formalized, which determines the level of security of the connection (part) of the technically ready IAU and the attainable level of combat capability. The use of advanced techniques will help to avoid errors in the determination of the necessary financial resources to provide joints (parts) of technically ready ATS.
