In this work we will discuss the production of two women writers from Morocco who choose Catalan as their working language: Laila Karrouch (Nador, 1977) and Najat El Hachmi (Beni Sidel, 1979). Although they have different voices stylistically, both do not only share links of geographical and generational origin, but also their migratory destiny, the city of Vic. Even though their professional dedication is quite different, both present in their texts commonplaces and similar concerns which allow, through the literature, establishing a series of characteristics of the migrating Muslim women.
