The aim of this article is to study the performance of the Islamist justice and development party of Turkey in the fields of domestic policy -that is the succession of this party in domestic political, social and economic fields- and foreign policy in both regional and international levels in 2011-2012. Attempts have been made in the present article to discuss the theoretical principals of the Islamism and viewpoints of the thinkers about Islamism process in turkey and the history of the Islamic parties in this country, as well as the performance of the Islamist justice and development party in in the fields of foreign and domestic policies. The positive performance of this party prepared the grounds for it to win the votes of Muslims and non-Muslims which catapulted it to power in 2011 for the third time
