Intestinal pseudo‐obstruction: Unusual presentation of systemic lupus erythematous

Abstract

Abstract Systemic diseases should be always considered when managing unexplained intestinal pseudo‐obstruction. Intestinal pseudo‐obstruction related to systemic lupus erythematosus is often responsive to corticosteroid therapy when promptly treated.
