The research objective is defining the influence of exposure to heat during the Finnish sauna treatment in the morning hours on selected physiological indices in men, who were monitored during a series of three sauna treatments in a row. 74 healthy men took part in the studies. Body weight and its composition was diagnosed with the help of TANITA BODY COMPOSITION ANALYZER TBF-300 based on bioelectrical impedance analysis. The conducted research confirm the hypothesis about the positive effect of the Finnish sauna on the body mass components, such as body mass, BMI, TBW (kg) and % body fat.
