Ulnar artery pseudoaneurysm following percutaneous coronary intervention: A case report
Abstract
Transulnar approach for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has an advantage of preserving radial artery for future coronary artery bypass graft. The authors describe a rare case of ulnar artery pseudoaneurysm following transulnar PCI. This was managed initially by failed attempt of ultrasound guided neck compression followed by surgical aneurysmectomy with good result.
