Abstract
In the article the questions of obtaining high-protein feed from secondary resources Breweries for birds, fish and farm animals through microbiological processing of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae-LBD-X1. The received feed for poultry, fish and farm animals on the offered technology allows to receive a fodder product with the increased maintenance micro - and macroelements, vitamins of group "B", the high content of protein increasing by 1,5 times in comparison with the control sample with irreplaceable amino acids and easily digestible carbohydrates.
