Key Clinical Message Metastatic Crohn's disease is the rarest cutaneous manifestation of Crohn's disease, it presents as cutaneous lesions in areas that are anatomically non‐contiguous with the gastrointestinal tract. It requires a high index of suspicion for diagnosis which is confirmed on histopathology. Infliximab can be an effective treatment.
