This study examines the reality of organizational values prevailing in some secondary education institutions at the city of Setif level, and thus through diagnosing their level, as well as the difference scope between the institutions according to the results they achieved in baccalaureate exam. For that, a random sample has been selected among teachers working in the four under-study institutions, with the application of an eight-value questionnaire of organizational values. The final results have confirmed that the values prevailing level are average and acceptable, with the emergence of some values like those of discipline and order, and the absence of many others. Also, it has been recognized that the organizational values level differs among institutions according to their ranking results in baccalaureate exam.
