The overview of sn-2 palmitate content in breast milk and current research status

Abstract

The comparison of sn-2 palmitate content in human milk and animal milk in China, Europe and the United States, as well as the research reports on the physiological function of infants and young children were reviewed. The application and potential prospect of sn-2 palmitate in infant food were also prospected.
