The dynamics of changes of amplitude-frequency range and medium-arithmetic values of the microcirculation hemo burn wounds in patients with thermal injury during early necrosectomy followed by wound closure hydrogel mesh products and sponged adsorbents. Revealed that normalization of laser Doppler flowmeter is statistically significantly faster in areas of burn lesions of the dermis where used in the treatment of combined hydrogel coatings and polyurethane sponge sorbing groups compared with observations, which were used in order to treat local antiseptics and hydrogel mono coverage.
