Cherubism and central giant cell granuloma (CGCG) present a diagnostic puzzle. Both are uncommon, benign jaw lesions harboring giant cells. Their overlapping features make them difficult to distinguish and require correlation of clinical presentation, radiographic findings, and histopathological features for a definitive diagnosis.
