Tax and financial law and their penetration into private law

Abstract

The paper concentrates on the link between tax law and financial law as well as commercial law. The primary goal of the Author is to stress the intersections of these branches of law and to direct the reader’s attention to specific concepts of law which markedly penetrate into private law via the rules of public law.
