Nursing of a patient with coronary heart disease treated with scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy based on the theory of combining with disease and syndrome (基于病证结合理论指导下刮痧联合耳穴贴压技术治疗冠心病1例的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with coronary heart disease treated with scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy based on the theory of combining with disease and syndrome. Based on the theory of combining with disease and syndrome, face, hand, tongue and ear diagnosis were carried out to formulate a comprehensive nursing assessment. Warm scraping, holographic scraping, auricular acupoint pressing therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation were carried out to relive the clinical symptoms and improve the comfort level of the patient. (本文总结1例基于病症结合理论指导实施中医特色技术治疗冠心病患者的护理经验, 根据病症结合理论, 并结合面诊、手诊、舌诊、耳诊及痧像诊断综合中医护理评估, 为患者实施温灸刮痧、全息刮痧、耳穴贴压中医护理技术, 辨证施护, 进而改善患者伴随症状, 提高舒适度。)
