التحول الحضري لقرية نقيطة – مركز المنصورة – محافظة الدقهلية دراسة في جغرافية العمران باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية
Abstract
تعد قرية نقيطة إحدى قرى مركز المنصورة، نموذجًا للتحول الحضري، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك عوامل جغرافية مختلفة ساهمت في هذا التحول الحضري لقرية ريفية تقليدية نذكر منها الموقع الجغرافي المتميز على الطرق السريعة المرصوفة، والقرب من مدينة المنصورة بالإضافة إلى إقامة منشآت حضارية مهمة مثل جامعة المنصورة، بجانب المباني التجارية، والصناعية، والخدمية على أراضي القرية وتهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أسباب التحول الحضري وتطبيق معايير هذا التحول وظهرت مظاهر التحول الحضري بشكل واضح في قرية نقيطة من خلال تنوع استخدامات الأرض، وتغير الخصائص العمرانية، والإعلام وتكنولوجيا المعلومات قائمة الأسباب الكامنة في شيوع الظاهرة في الريف، وفي إزالة الفوارق التاريخية في أسلوب الحياة بين الحضر والريف بشكل متسارع.AbstractNaqita is one of the villages of Mansoura district, Rural- Urban continuum model. The present study has found out that there are diverse geographical factors of such a traditional rural village. Chief among these is the distinguished geographical location on the paved high ways, as well as the closed location of Mansoura city. In addition, there are such urban construction as Mansoura university beside commercial, industrial and service institutions in the village land. The objective of this study is to reveal the manifestations of social, economic, settlements change, their characteristics and influential factors in Nequita village, at present, rural communities are experience widespread of Rual Urbanism at a large scale. Such Urbanism usually occurs after these communities meet the requirement of urbanization. Media, information technology, the diversity of land uses, and the changing characteristics of urbanization are the prominent reasons of the rural phenomenon to spread, and the rapid elimination of historical differences in urban-rural lifestyle.
