Standard antydyskryminacyjny dla polskich uczelni – odpowiedzią na potrzebę zmiany systemowej

Abstract

The article is a report of the activities that led to the formulation of the Anti-Discrimination Standard for University. In addition, also included is the justification for the need to develop such a standard and the benefits of its adoption by the university. An important part of the article is to specify practices, actions and habits which are a form of discrimination (or create unequal treatment), and solutions that promote equality.
