Agricoltura della globalizzazione vs agricoltura della qualità: l’esperienza della Fondazione Slow Food per la Biodiversità
Abstract
Today a lot of vegetal and animal species are near the extinction in everywhere. For this reason Slow Food takes care of ambient and biodiversity through a new Onlus (the Foundation Slow Food for the Biodiversity). This foundation encourages and organises some projects and it brings to life an international network of rural community for the aboriginal productions.
