Exporting potential evaluation in Empresa Porcina Santiago

Abstract

This paper gives a design of a methodology to evaluate the exporting potential of Empresa Porcina Santiago de Cuba. The information to realize this study was provided for the enterprises offices at provincial and municipal levels. The main results were: argue of the general procedure to evaluate the exporting potential in any enterprise, and the specific results of its application in the entity object of study, with the correspondent strategic plan of exports.
