DEMARCHE QUALITE ET SATISFACTION DU PERSONNEL
Abstract
In the last two decades, staff satisfaction has become a priority for the company. The search for this satisfaction has been strengthened in the current state with the various changes in the global socioeconomic context. In such a context too, companies are becoming increasingly aware that their performance and competitiveness also requires the implementation of a quality approach accompanied by a human resources management system more efficient, more modern and evolving that promotes practices allowing fully meet the expectations of the staff. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the main actions in terms of human resources required by the quality approach and likely to promote a total and sustainable satisfaction of staff.
