Time and qualification of the employment relationship

Abstract

The essay addresses the issue of the relevance of time for the purpose of qualifying the employment relationship. In particular, it examines the profiles of relevance regarding the element of the contractual performance continuity and of the working times availability and variability, also in the light of the many ideas for reflection offered by the evolution of the legal system (and, in particular, by the most recent legislative interventions)
