There is an intramolecular C—H...π interaction present involving the pyridine and benzamide rings. In the crystal, molecules are linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the [010] direction. The chains are linked by C—H...S hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions, forming sheets parallel to the ab plane.
