The measure of diligent fulfillment “in the interest of the company” and the enforceability of results (quantitative and qualitative)
Abstract
After briefly reviewing theories on the distinction between the obligation of means and result and identifying the object of the worker’s obligation and the parameters of compliance, the A. focuses on the problems posed by the interaction between the new organizational models of the enterprise – influenced by new technologies – and the content of the duty.
