Începuturile publicisticii dramatice la Mihail Sebastian

Abstract

The Beginnings of Mihail Sebastian’s Theatre Journalism Mihail Sebastian affirmed himself in the landscape of Romanian literature as a playwright and novelist. His literary and theatrical chronicles, like the confessional writings, were unjustly abandoned in a shadowy cone. And this lasted till 1990, when they came back to the exegete’ attention, validating an author with a real critical vocation. Our article aims to reevaluate the beginnings of Mihail Sebastian’s theatre journalism, during his collaboration with “The Word” (Cuvântul) newspaper.
