The kinesiophobia level of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is at a high level, which has a serious negative impact on patients' prognosis and their quality of life. This article reviewed studies on the concept, sources, current status, influencing factors, and intervention measures of kinesiophobia in patients after PCI. It provided a more comprehensive understanding of kinesiophobia in patients after PCI, aiming to provide scientific reference for clinical practice research on reducing the incidence of kinesiophobia in patients after PCI and improving the effectiveness of exercise rehabilitation.
