Abstract

The Vita Sancti Aemiliani lends some very interesting facts for the study of the organization of landscape during Late Antiquity. This paper takes the Vita as setting of study, on account oj that it is a first approach to this subject. The result that has been stated here favours some methodological reflection and announces a population study in depth in Late Antique Spain.
