MEDICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS OF ORTHODONTIC CARE SEEKING BY THE POPULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF DAGESTAN

Abstract

By questioning students and their parents in several areas of the Republic of Dagestan, we studied a motivation of the population for orthodontic care seeking. We also assessed a knowledge of pupils and their parents about causes of and prevention methods for dentition anomalies, as well about time schedule and general principles of its treatment.
