Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak ekonomi baik secara lokal maupun global, termasuk Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kondisi perekonomian sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis trend dan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) kecuali bidang usaha primer yaitu pertanian, inflasi stabil rendah, pengangguran meningkat, realisasi Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah yang lebih besar dari belanja, perlambatan dana penagihan dan pinjaman bank, serta penurunan Indeks Mobilitas Penduduk dan Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (CCI). Strateginya adalah menjaga transmisi di sektor-sektor utama, memfokuskan kembali anggaran belanja secara cepat, tepat, efektif dan efisien; menjaga lalu lintas perdagangan antar daerah; mendorong pembayaran online. Menerapkan kebijakan dengan memperluas jangkauan vaksin, memperkuat standar protokol kesehatan, meningkatkan produktivitas bisnis lokal dan mensosialisasikan transaksi online. The COVID-19 pandemic had an economic impact both locally and globally, including the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe economic conditions before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis technique uses a quantitative approach with trend analysis and qualitatively through describing secondary data. The results showed that there was a decrease in economic growth in Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) except for primary business fields, namely agriculture, low stable inflation, increased unemployment, realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure which was greater than expenditure, slowdown in fund collection and bank lending, as well as a decrease in the Population Mobility Index and Consumer Confidence Index (CCI). The strategy is to maintain transmission in key sectors, refocusing the spending budget quickly, precisely, effectively and efficiently; maintain trade traffic between regions; encourage online payments. Implementing policies by expanding vaccine reach, strengthening health protocol standards, increasing local business productivity and socializing online transactions.
