Abstract

The article describes an innovative approach to the strategy of managing the investment portfolio of the enterprise in the current economic situation. On the example of a hypothetically balanced investment portfolio the author considers the situation in which rebalancing is necessary and its advantages are justified. The conducted researches will allow to reduce risks of the enterprises having set of objects of real and financial investment.
