In the present article examines the role of human resources policy in the implementation of inclusive education. The personnel policy is one of the main indicators of society's willingness to implement inclusive education. We assumed that the quality of the implementation of the educational process, the successful completion of the levels, stages and levels ofprofessional development of teachers is largely determined by the best understanding of the mission and policies of modern education. Today the problem ofpersonnel policy is quite relevant, especially in the implementation of educational standards of new generation and the transition to inclusive education. The importance of the question of the staffing of the education system due to the transition to inclusive education, and accordingly, the degree of readiness of teaching staff to work with both healthy children and children with disabilities.
