Public libraries: their innovative services and projects to support and provide job opportunities and increase their revenues

The current study presents a proposed vision for the role of public libraries as service institutions that contribute to providing free job opportunities for job seekers, support and qualify them for work, and be a bridge for communication between them and investors and work experts in a way that benefits them and achieves economic prosperity, and the mechanism that can increase its revenues to support its services to young people, by identifying On the policies of Arab and foreign libraries, the study sample, comparison between them and their policies in achieving this role. In this regard, the study relied on the comparative descriptive approach between Arab and foreign libraries. The results of the study proved that there are clear differences between the libraries of the study sample, and the interest of foreign libraries in a greater and influential way, and in enormous partnerships that guarantee the provision of the necessary skills for young people and job seekers through the various library resources and events. Workshops, courses, advice and various programs that help transform their ideas and perceptions into successful businesses.
