Manajemen Unit Produksi Menurut Persepsi Pengelola di Jurusan Bangunan SMK Negeri

Abstract

This study was an attempt to know the implementation of the production unit management at the Civil Engineering Departement of State Vocational High Schools in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta according to the managers, executives, and teachers. Data were collected using a closed-questionnair, in-depth interview, and participant observation. A descriptive statistics was used to analyze data. The results indicated that the planning, executing, and controlling of production unit were good enough
