This paper addresses job training as a current problem in the field of pedagogical sciences, taking into consideration that man is a social being who lives and works in community education so you have to prepare for social life and work. In achieving this purpose plays an essential role in job training process, which presents a number of limitations in the evaluation, as one of its components that limit the performance of their duties. From a critique coherent assessment related job training essential ideas are presented to justify the need to use impact evaluation in the process of job training that takes place in connection with the community in high school.
