LA SUPERACIÓN DE LOS DIRECTIVOS DE LA SECUNDARIA BÁSICA PARA EL TRABAJO METODOLÓGICO INTERDISCIPLINARIO ENTRE LA ENSEÑANZA DE LA MATEMÁTICA Y LA FÍSICA DESDE EL ENFOQUE DE LA CIENCIA Y LA TECNOLOGÍA

Abstract

En el artículo se presenta un modelo pedagógico de la superación de los directivos para el trabajo metodológico interdisciplinario. Contiene una fundamentación teórica del tema y las acciones que permitieron desarrollar un trabajo interdisciplinario en los niveles organizativos funcionales, la preparación metodológica y la clase. Su aplicación posibilitó constatar las transformaciones en el modo de actuación de los directivos en la proyección del trabajo metodológico interdisciplinario, lo que condicionó los avances en el cumplimiento de los objetivos del modelo de la secundaria básica. ABSTRACT In this article is shown a pedagogical model for the upgrading executives for the interdisciplinary methodological work. It contains a theoretical support of the theme and the actions that allowed developing an interdisciplinary work in the functional and organizational levels, the methodological preparation and the lesson. Its application made possible to verify the transformations in the mode of acting of the executives in the projection of the methodological interdisciplinary work, which conditioned the advances in the fulfilment of the objectives of the model for senior high school.
