Think about the relationship between experience and learning

Abstract

We live in a world in which it is possible to learn from ever more diverse sources. Workplace experience and social experience are increasingly recognized and officially accredited with diplomas and qualifications as valid sources of learning. This article reflects on the various challenges and questions thrown up by the implementation of systems of validation of informal and non-formal learning; that is, of learning acquired through experience in environments not devoted to teaching.
