The clinical rationale for the use of therapeutic paste for temporary fillings root canal for the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development and clinical testing of new paste for temporary fillings root canal for the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis. In a clinical study involved 30 patients. It was established that the most favorable effect in the treatment of destructive forms of chronic periodontitis observed when applying a paste comprising a mixture of: a powder of calcium hydroxide (40 g), ciprofloxacin (10 g), minocycline (10 g) metronidozol (10 g) mixed sterile water.
