Predmet ovog rada je prikaz programskog rešenja koje se može koristiti za izradu meteoroloških biltena na osnovu pilot-balonskog i radiosondažnog osmatranja atmosfere, po metodama meteo-vatreni i meteo-srednji. / The topic of this work is a description of a software which can be used to create a meteorological report on the basis of pilot balloon and radiosonde observations of the atmosphere by the meteo firing and meteo middle methods.
