System of didactic-methodological actions to perfect the self-preparation of the novice teachers

Abstract

In the sporting activity, advanced technologies are introduced with immediacy, which is why the improvement of the self-preparation of the novice teachers is an important premise. The research pursues the objective of developing a system of didactic-methodological actions for the improvement of the self-preparation of novice teachers in correspondence with the demands of the mode of professional performance. For this, methods of the theoretical, empirical, and mathematical level were used. The proposal contributes to overcome insufficiencies presented by new teachers to develop this activity with efficiency, and from its design propitiates the progressive transit towards the cognitive independence.
