La poesía de Gonzalo Martínez de Medina en el Cancionero de Llavia: de la variación al testimonio único

Abstract

Gonzalo Martínez de Medina has two dezires in the Cancionero de Llavia (86*RL), «Dime quien eres tu grande anibal» [ID 0511] and «Por desconoscentia se perdio la luz» [ID 6005], which are not included in the Cancionero de Baena (PN1), which, on the contrary, contains all the remaining poetic corpus of his dezires,, and that are hardly found in other manuscripts or printed cancioneros. Of the first dezir there is only a reduced version in the Cancionero de San Román (MH1), atributed to his brother Diego; the second dezir in Llavia is a unicum, of only three couplets plus the finida, therefore without more version or reference points. Our objective in this paper will be the analysis of the two dezires for the determination of the text.
