EDUCATION IN ARAB COUNTRIES AS A FACTOR OF STABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In modern contradictory conditions of development, the role of interaction between civilizations and, in this connection, education, as the basis for understanding and the tool for forming human capital, is growing. The article discusses the need of forming and realization of educational projects in Arab countries as a prerequisite for stable socio-economic and political progress. The necessity to work out high-quality programs of educational system development is shown. The mechanisms for their realization are also metioned.
