The use of simulation modeling for forecasting sales of an innovative product is considered as one of the methods of regulating sales in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Purpose: construction of a simulation model for forecasting the sale of an innovative product in order to maintain an appropriate level of life activity of the able-bodied population in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Methodology: the dialectical method is used as a general scientific method of cognition; techniques and tools of system, comparative analysis and generalization; methods and tools of simulation modeling. Results: an approach to the study of sales forecasts of an innovative product based on discrete-event simulation modeling as the basis of analytical processing of the obtained data is described. Scope of results: the heads of companies in solving the issues of determining the optimal volume of sales of an innovative product as one of the components of the element of market infrastructure in the conditions of digitalization of the economy.
