The active presence of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign markets can provide to their international competitiveness. To identify the factors determining the degree of internationalization can provide guidance for economic policy in the field of export business support measures for SMEs. The article presents selected programs support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of internationalization. The paper presents the basic determinants (mainly barrier) internationalization of the group SME sector.
