The objective was to report a rare case of ocular sporotrichosis in Fundação Banco de Olhos de Goiás. A 29-year-old pregnant woman presented with Parinaud’s oculoglandular syndrome. She referred to contact with a sick cat. The patient was submitted to a conjunctival culture and skin nodule biopsy, which revealed sporotrichosis. This report discussed this rare case of sporotrichosis presentation in the city of Goiania, Goiás state, Brazil.
