Crazy paving pattern due to invasive pulmonary aspergillosis: A rare case report with literature review
Abstract
The “crazy-paving” pattern at thin-section computed tomography of the lungs is characterized by ground-glass attenuation with superimposed interlobular septal thickening and intralobular lines, have various infective and non-infective causes described in literature but rarely described with aspergillus infection. We herein presented a very rare case of a crazy-paving pattern as a radiological manifestation of acute invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
