The generalized G distributions (GGdistns) package is a new R package that employs the power of the maximum goodness-of-fit estimation technique in estimating the parameters of twenty-four generalized G distributions constructed using any parent distribution function G. Moreover, a representation of the density function, distribution function, quantile function, and random number generator is provided for these distributions. Numerous applications that rely on creating statistical models can use this package.
