Short-term problem-oriented psychological consulting in a psychiatric setting: opportunity's analysis on case study

Abstract

The article describes the case of short-term problemoriented psychological consulting of a patient in a psychiatry clinic, with diagnosis: schizophrenia, paranoid form, continuous hallucinatory state. The opportunities and limitations of using this psychotherapeutic genre in work with clinical patients are discussed.
