The effectiveness of budget financing the system of procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs

Abstract

The basic components of the effectiveness of contractual procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs - fiscal, social, economic, organizational. Analyzed the performance of budgetary efficiency of the procurement system according to the results of its monitoring in the years 2014-2015. It is shown that to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of budget financing of procurement data is necessary to use, fully characterize the performance of the budget impact and cost indicators, designed to receive it. It also requires the formation of an appropriate statistical database, which includes the use of the recommended indicators.
