What trade union rights for riders' Unions?

Abstract

The essay analyses the issue of the exercise of trade union rights in the workplace by informal trade union, according to the rules of the workers'statute. In particular, the legal nature of an agreement report is analyzed which, for the Author, constitutes a true collective agreement.
