MATHEMATICAL MODEL AND DELAY TIME OF REFLECTED SIGNAL IN SYNTHETIC APERTURE SONAR
Abstract
A mathematical model of time structure of the reflected signals in the synthetic aperture sonar is considered. The model provides the algorithm design of direct synthesis of antenna aperture, which allows to obtain high resolution image of seabed surface in reverberation conditions. The evaluation results of the delay time, the phase shift and the Doppler frequency for the different points of seabed surface are represented.
