Adoção de “Sistema Privado de Ensino”: análise de dois municípios paulistas
Abstract
This article aims to analyze the process of adopting the "private system of education" in two counties, with a view to teaching autonomy against the curriculum standards. In two case studies purposively selected using the methodology established by qualitative semistructured interviews and documentary research. Initially, we discuss the national political scene contributed to the expansion of partnerships between public and private sectors in education. Following, we present briefly the characterization and the experience of municipalities in the municipalization process and acquisition of teaching materials, and finally, discusses the standardization versus curricular pedagogical autonomy. It appears that, much as the Departments of Education of the municipalities analyzed have relied on the participation of some teachers in the preparation of teaching materials, their autonomy in the project constitutes a self regulated both by public administrations and the private institutions
