Studying of folk tales as an effective way to study the mentality

Abstract

The article attempts to trace the interrelation between folk tales and mentality, shows the possibility of using folk tales to characterize the traditional system of values of the people and the realization of intercultural communication, and also the relevance of studying of folk tales for studying the national mentality is grounded.
